At 114 proof, @Noah’sMill genuine bourbon whiskey is big. I don’t typically like the higher proof bourbons however I’m enjoying this.

How you may ask did I, she of the lower proof preference, land on this interesting bottle of bourbon? It was a Christmas gift from a non-bourbon drinker who liked that it was in a wine bottle.

I’ve had two tastings of Noah’s Mill. Each time I smell something different – caramel has been a consistent smell and some type of baking spice and maybe some vanilla.
