As I continue to sip my way through Seattle, I mean, attend a work conference. 😉 I’ve come across this deliciousness – the Lion Tamer. It’s named after a prohibition drink, and I was immediately charmed when I the server set it down. It just looked like it was going to be good. And it was. My first sip had a woodsy aftertaste which I like. I’m not sure if it’s the bitters or maybe the Allspice. What I do know is that I’ve enjoyed this well-made, well-balanced cocktail so much I had two.
