Bully Boy American Straight Whiskey

I picked up a bottle from a local distiller – Bully Boy – while on vacation. For one reason or another, I am just now opening the bottle. Life, what can I say?

On the nose I smell lots of caramel. Very sweet and maybe some corn. Light in color for a bourbon. It is amber; but very light. The pour doesn’t have great legs in the glass. But don’t be deceived by that because it has a great mouth feel.

It’s a young bourbon. It is also delicious. The boys from Beantown, Bully Boy Distillers, did a fantastic job. Now I need to find this bottle at home.
