Strawberry Iced Tea

After my first sip I knew I could make this at home and I have. I sip it regularly and it makes iced tea so much better. ;-)

Before we had to socially distance, I had an early dinner and cocktails – or what we used to call happy hour. That feels so long ago. Come back happy hours, I miss you.

@Firebirds had an interesting cocktail on their menu – a strawberry iced tea with @Maker’s Mark. There was a splash of lemon juice that balanced the sweetness of the tea and strawberries. Not a 50/50 blend, a la Arnold Palmer, but enough to round out the drink.
