Cranberry Shrub, Delic
It is hard to believe that it’s coming up on a year since I discovered shrubs. And oh, how I love them. My bourbon palate has grown, yet my love for shrubs remains true.
I stumbled across a recipe that prompted me to try to make one. In the time of COVID-19, there are a number of DIY projects on deck, including making homemade bitters – that is a post for a different day.
Anyhoots, I riffed on the recipe to make it cranberry and apple. Oh my. I used two ounces of the shrub with an ounce of bourbon and oh me, oh my. Yay,
